24-hour notification or sooner is required when unable to attend a scheduled session to avoid losing value of that session. Please understand that the schedule is heavily booked. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are a scheduling hardship. When there is snow or severe weather, there is no penalty for same day cancellations. We thank you for your support in this area.
We understand that there are last minute emergencies or sudden illness occurs. Speech and Voice Enterprises will offer “forgiveness” on one occasion without penalty for a same day missed appointment with less than 24-hours of notifiaction. If frequent absences or last-minute cancellations occur, you will be asked to go on a program break.
Before committing to a class, be sure you have the availability to meet the program’s demands. When excessive absences or rescheduling occurs (missing three or four sessions) you will be asked to consider a program break. We understand that things happen and change. You make take your break for as long as needed and return anytime for your remaining lessons within the year of your first date of attendance. The class must be completed within a year from the start date or it will expire.
All classes are non-refundable. We provide a complementary consultation for all of our private and group training classes, where not only your goals are discussed but the amount of time and practice required to have the goals accomplished. Work outside of all classes are required to meet the learning objectives. If the demands of the class are too difficult a program break is permitted.
Online seminars can be taken on you own timeline. Before taking an online seminar, be sure you have the availability and discipline to complete a self-paced online class. Before purchasing an online course, ample information is provided on course content, design, expectations and free classes are available prior to purchase.
Two-day seminars or small group seminars have a timeline for refunds. We do this because when we hold a seat for a participant, we are unable to accept another registration when a seminar is full. When a participant is unable to attend a seminar, there is the option to re-enroll in an upcoming course without penalty.
If we cancel…
If we cancel due to severe weather or another unusual circumstance, we will offer a new date. If a participant is unable to make the new date, a refund will be offered or the tuition can transfer over for private training.
